Image
As part of our SUPW (Socially Useful Productive Work) program, our college organized a five-day practical training session focused on the production and sale of Dishwash, Detergent, and Floor Cleaner. The mission was not just about learning to make these products, but also about understanding teamwork, creativity, and the satisfaction of productive work. It turned out to be one of the most enriching experiences of our B.Ed journey. The first day began with a spark of excitement. We gathered all the necessary materials required for the preparation of dishwash, detergent, and floor cleaner. With guidance from our teachers, we carefully read the instructions provided in the dishwash preparation kit. Every step  from measuring ingredients to mixing them in perfect proportions taught us precision and patience. My First Onam Celebration in B.Ed College

Image
Our first Onam celebration in B.Ed college was a day filled with colors, joy, and togetherness. We all reached the college by 8:30 in the morning, brimming with excitement. The entire campus was alive with festive energy, and everyone had a smile that spoke of the warmth and spirit of Onam. Our college representatives had brought a beautiful collection of fresh flowers for making the Onam Pookkalam, the traditional floral carpet that symbolizes prosperity and unity. We, along with our teachers, joined hands to pluck and arrange the flowers. The fragrance of the blooms filled the air as petals slowly took shape into a vibrant Pookkalam at the heart of our campus. It was truly a collective effort that reflected teamwork and creativity. Our classmate Abhinav had become the maveli. The day before, we had set up a charming Oonjal (swing), decorated with flowers and ribbons. Taking turns on the swing with my friends was pure joy laughter echoed all around as we captured those moment...

Our field trip to Krishnapuram Kottaram and Art Gallery, near Kayamkulam, was an unforgettable day filled with art, history, and exploration. We began our journey around 11:00 a.m., full of excitement and curiosity. After reaching the destination, we took tickets for everyone and stepped into the historic Krishnapuram Kottaram (Palace), a magnificent monument that spoke of Kerala’s royal past. Built in the 18th century by Maharaja Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma, the palace stands as a fine example of traditional Kerala architecture, with sloping roofs, wooden windows, and intricate carvings. The beautifully maintained gardens and the serene pond added charm to the surroundings, making the place look like a scene from history itself. Inside the museum, we explored various sections that displayed ancient sculptures, paintings, coins, weapons, inscriptions, and royal artifacts. The highlight was the famous “Gajendra Moksham” mural painting, one of the largest in Kerala, portraying ...

The day began with excitement fluttering in my heart as I stepped into my B.Ed college for the very first time. The clock struck 9:30 a.m. when I arrived, the campus already alive with warm smiles and gentle anticipation. By 10:00 a.m., the inaugural meeting commenced, opening with a soulful prayer sung by all the teachers  a beautiful harmony that set the tone for the day. The welcome speech by Jyothi Miss filled the hall with grace, and soon after, the ceremonial lighting of the lamp marked the beginning of a new chapter. It was an honor beyond words to share that moment with my father, as together we lit the lamp of knowledge and hope. Following this, our principal, Rekha Miss , delivered the presidential address, her words both inspiring and reassuring. One by one, the teachers introduced themselves each name, each subject, each smile adding color to the canvas of our new academic journey.  As the introductions came to an end, Harsha Miss filled the hall with a ...
