🌟 Capacity Building Programme at Our B.Ed College

Our B.Ed journey is not just about learning from textbooks it’s also about shaping ourselves into confident, capable, and creative educators. One such beautiful step in this journey was the Capacity Building Programme conducted in our college, which turned out to be an inspiring and transformative experience for all of us.

The programme was conducted by Prasad sir.The programme began with an inaugural session filled with warmth and enthusiasm. Our respected teachers introduced us to the essence of capacity building developing the skills, attitudes, and mindset needed to become effective teachers and responsible individuals. The sessions were thoughtfully designed to enhance our communication, leadership, creativity, and classroom management skills.

Throughout the programme, we actively participated in interactive workshops, group activities, and reflective discussions. Each activity was a learning experience in itself encouraging us to think critically, collaborate effectively, and express ourselves with confidence. The trainers guided us with real-life examples, showing how a teacher can truly influence and inspire young minds.

One of the most memorable parts of the programme was the team-based activities that helped us understand the power of unity and cooperation. The laughter, discussions, and shared ideas created an atmosphere of learning blended with joy. By the end of the sessions, we not only gained knowledge but also built lasting bonds with our peers.

The Capacity Building Programme reminded us that teaching is not just a profession, but a continuous journey of self-improvement and empowerment. It encouraged us to look within, recognize our strengths, and embrace challenges with positivity.

As the programme concluded, we felt more confident, inspired, and ready to step into the world of teaching not just as educators, but as changemakers. It was truly a meaningful and memorable chapter in our B.Ed life one that taught us that capacity building begins with belief in oneself.
